Have you played a round of tennis? Wow, I just got back on the court this weekend and I realized how much I missed it. Tennis is a great sport, but you do need a partner. My husband has been looking to get more active & I invited him to a game, so I really recommend it for couples or friends that are reconnecting. Yes, friends can always meet up for lunch, but why not be active & then have a light lunch.
An hour of tennis for a 155 lb. adult can burn up to 600 calories! That makes tennis a terrific workout for weight loss. A game of tennis burns more calories than aerobics or cycling.
